Our team will talk with the Veteran to review their service connected disabilities and current rating to see if we can help.
Medical Records Review

tips to succeed
Don’t Overthink It
You will get more mileage out of offering a service that will help people’s friends and relatives get disability than you will out of trying to find individuals who will want to file claims. Most veterans will be “not for me, but my buddy could sure use the help” motivated, so speak to people about this.
Don’t Try to Answer Questions
Just get them to call or submit their contact info for more information. Your job is to get them to contact the people who can answer questions and give advice.
Don’t Make Any Promises
Let our teams work with your referrals to determine if we can help them. We can’t promise that we can help them without looking at the full story.A great statement is, “These guys know what they are doing and will assist you to the best extent possible”.
FAQs
Our business hours (when people are answering the phones) are Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm PST. We have limited coverage on Saturdays but operate from 7am to 4pm PST.
While we offer a risk-free consultation, our full services are for a fee. This is explained to Veterans before we take them on as clients, we are very transparent about this. There are free services available to assist veterans….many of our clients have already attempted these services and found them to be lacking.
Some Veterans may already be “maxed out” on their benefits, some may not have complaints or lingering issues due to service-related illness or injury, and some Veterans may not be technologically savvy enough to assist in their own information gathering (this is a paperless process and requires the ability to send and receive emails, access their VA.GOV account online, and electronically sign documents…convenient computer access is a must for this process).
As an Independent Marketer with BOTG LLC, DBA Boots on the Ground, you will be required to fill out a 1099 form. We will send you a link to get started with the info.
$100 commissions will be earned when your referral signs a Client Service Agreement, pays the upfront refundable deposit, and is moved forward in our system.
$200 commissions will be earned once a client has completed our process, has been awarded a new rating from the VA, and their final invoice has been paid. Once the client is Paid in Full, the $200 commission will be paid to you.
Commissions are paid bi-weekly as soon as a referred client achieves the above steps.
The average time for a client to complete the process is around 4.5 months and at times is dependent on the VA. Without our help, the VA process can take over a year up to two years.

Veteran Outreach
This brand consults clients that are seeking an increase to their current rating.
American Veteran Consulting (AVC)
This brand consults clients who either have no disability rating and are filing for the first time, or clients who are “maxed out” on their disability rating with current service connected conditions and are attempting to add new conditions.
Things We cannot do
We CANNOT promise veterans that we can get them Service Connected or get their disability increased. Every Veteran’s military experience is different, even two individuals who served side by side will have different medical profiles and issues they may or may not be able to have addressed. VA disability is literally a case by case basis for each individual.
We CANNOT tell Veterans that we will get them to ANY percentage of disability (ie. 100%). We are good at what we do, we understand the rating process, but the VA makes the decision, not us, all we can do is guide veterans on putting together the best packet for submission and then wait for the VA’s decision.
